Following the success of our previous BLUEFRONT activities, we recently held another BLUE School session, this time with a group of students aged 13–16 at San Ġwann PRISMS. The session was specially adapted to suit this younger audience, with a refreshed programme focused on making water sustainability concepts accessible, engaging, and relevant to their everyday lives.
During the workshop, participants were introduced to the basics of water conservation, responsible usage, and the importance of protecting our water resources. The content was simplified without losing its impact, helping students better understand how water systems work and why sustainable practices matter.

The session included a variety of interactive and educational activities, designed to encourage participation and teamwork. Students worked together in small groups to explore real-life scenarios related to water use, discussing simple yet effective ways to reduce waste and make smarter choices in their daily routines.
Hands-on exercises and short challenges helped reinforce key messages, allowing participants to actively engage with the topic rather than just learn passively. The students showed great enthusiasm throughout, contributing ideas and demonstrating a strong willingness to learn more about environmental responsibility.
The workshop concluded with a brief reflection session, where students shared what they had learned and discussed how they can apply these ideas at home, in school, and within their communities.
We would like to thank all the students at San Ġwann PRISMS for their energy, curiosity, and thoughtful participation, which made this session both enjoyable and impactful.

More BLUE School sessions and BLUEFRONT activities will continue in the coming months, creating further opportunities for young people to learn about sustainability, collaborate, and take meaningful action.
If you would like to be part of this journey, we invite you to join our upcoming workshops.
