The programme brings together older adults and young people, promoting inclusion, wellbeing, and meaningful relationships within a supportive community environment.

Position Overview
The Community Worker plays a supportive, hands-on role within the intergenerational residential programme. Working under the guidance of the Intergenerational Program Coordinator, the Community Worker assists with daily activities, resident support, and community engagement.
The role focuses on building positive relationships with residents, supporting their day-to-day needs, and contributing to a respectful, caring, and inclusive residential environment.

This is a full-time position. Flexibility in working hours may be required to meet the needs of the residential programme and its residents.
Salary
€27,000 – €30,000 annually
