The Maltese National Federation of the Past Pupils and Friends of Don Bosco organised their first transnational meeting in person, in Bratislava, Slovakia for a new European project on helping young people by using the Sea and the Coast, and the Lake and its Shores. This project, funded by Erasmus +, will focus on creating a tool kit for youth workers and professionals working with young people who are going through stressful experiences such as anxiety, bereavement, loss, depression. The tool kit will have different activities which  are related to the sea and coast, lakes and their shores. Partners from Malta, Slovakia, Belgium and Italy came together between the 30th March and the 3rd April to discuss the tool kit and to discuss other preparations for the training course taking place in September. During the meeting, the past pupils also met with Don Marian Peciar who shared his experience on the Ukrainian Refugees and the support being offered by the Salesians and the past pupils in Slovakia.
