CheckIn is a project founded and is supported by the Friends of Don Bosco in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism in March 2021. CheckIn focuses on Youth Faith Tourism and embraces openness and inclusion. The Project offers opportunities for young people and educators from Malta and abroad through diverse methods and activities, it offers non formal educational experiences to participants with diverse cultural, faith, personal and social backgrounds.

Creating Spaces

CheckIn In this context it seeks to create spaces that offer a “home”: where one feels free and accepted, a “playground”: a place where one can have fun an express solidarity, a “school”: a place where one can learn and take on responsibility, a”parish”: a place where one can search for meaning.

A spirit of joy and optimism

CheckIn focuses on working and for young people, supporting them in their journey of personal growth and active involvement in favour of the community. Through a spirit of joy and optimism the project offers a welcoming space, open to all. It is willing to collaborate with other individuals and organisations, at national and international level, in order to promote a better society where every person’s personal, spiritual and social wellbeing are valued and supported.
