Following the success of the first BLUEFRONT workshop, our second session brought together a new group of participants, this time with the Scouts. The workshop continued to build on the project’s aim of engaging young people in discussions and actions related to water sustainability and the blue economy.

During the session, participants were introduced to key concepts about water resources and environmental challenges, before taking part in interactive activities that encouraged teamwork and critical thinking. The Scouts actively participated in discussions, shared their ideas, and worked in small groups to explore solutions to water-related scenarios.

The workshop also included hands-on challenges and a short quiz that tested their knowledge in a fun and engaging way. Through these activities, the Scouts explored practical ideas connected to everyday water sustainability issues and reflected on how young people can contribute to protecting water resources in their communities.

The session concluded with a short reflection where participants shared their thoughts and key takeaways from the workshop.

We would like to thank the Scouts and all the smart and enthusiastic participants who joined this session and contributed with great ideas and energy.

More BLUEFRONT workshops and activities will continue in the coming months, offering further opportunities for young people to learn, collaborate, and take action.

If you would like to be part of this journey, we invite you to join our upcoming workshops.
